Available Positions at Bank of Khyber
1. Head Consumer Banking Division
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Master’s degree holders will be preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Consumer/Retail Banking. Candidates with expertise in Islamic banking product development will have an advantage.
- Knowledge of Shariah-compliant banking will be a highly desirable competency.
- Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales growth strategies.
- Align consumer finance strategies with Shariah compliance frameworks.
- Lead automation and digitization of Islamic consumer finance processes.
- Define credit approval processes for different banking segments.
- Ensure smooth processing of proposals and financial reports.
2. Regional Head – Retail Banking (Central, Southern, Islamabad, Gilgit Baltistan, Hazara regions)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Master’s degree holders will be preferred).
- Experience: At least 10 years in Commercial Banking, with 5 years as an Area Manager or equivalent leadership position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Islamic Banking experience.
- Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Area Managers and Branch Managers.
- Achieve Liability & Consumer Assets targets.
- Oversee branch network operations and implement risk management policies.
- Improve customer service and operational procedures.
Location:
- Islamabad region: Based in Islamabad
- Central region: Based in Lahore
- Southern region: Based in Karachi
3. Regional Head – Corporate & Investment Banking South
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Master’s degree holders will be preferred).
- Experience: At least 10 years in Commercial Banking, with 5 years in Corporate Banking.
- Age limit as per Bank’s HR rules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and finalize credit proposals for assigned regions.
- Monitor and improve corporate banking portfolios.
- Coordinate with Head Office to execute corporate strategies.
- Ensure business growth by achieving investment targets.

- Based in Karachi
