Position: Data & Reporting Officer
- Department: Community Relations
- Location: Reko Diq SITE – Balochistan
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s (3-5 years) or Master’s degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis, social impact assessment, and community engagement within the mining, development, or corporate social responsibility (CSR) sector.
- Requirements:
- Certified in data analysis, financial analysis, or impact assessment (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, CSR-related).
- Expertise in data interpretation, visualization, and reporting.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in social responsibility frameworks and global reporting standards (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, GRI, ESG).
- Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and maintain financial data on community investments, assessing budgets, expenditures, and impact.
- Develop reporting frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with teams, prepare reports, and create dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Optimize processes and ensure timely submissions.
