Job Responsibilities

The Manager (Lubricants) will be responsible for:

Developing a strategy to establish the Lubricants Department as an independent business unit.
Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and drive lubricant sales.
Creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including segmentation and budget planning.
Planning and managing distributor networks in major markets while ensuring smooth business coordination.
Launching new lubricant products and devising tactical plans for high-street and industrial segments.
Ensuring strong collaboration with internal company departments for lubricant sales optimization.
Maintaining technical knowledge of lubricants, including API applications and their use in industrial and OEM sectors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must have:

A Master’s degree in Business Studies or Chemical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
10 to 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
Proven ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
