- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience or 20 years of public sector experience (for BS-20 or BS-21 civil servants), including 5 years in a leadership role.
- Age Limit: Maximum 62 years at the time of application.
Recruitment Process

- Posting of a BS-20 or BS-21 Civil Servant.
Salary and Benefits
- Candidates from the open market will be offered an MP-I package with a 10% annual increment.
- Civil servants selected for the role will continue receiving their government salary, with the possibility of additional foundation allowances upon board approval.
- The initial appointment will be for three years, extendable for another year based on performance, with a maximum tenure up to 65 years.
